As the Lambertville branch Office Supervisor, Beth has the good fortune of working with a team of real estate professionals who bring their unique talents and experience to her office. The Lambertville office concentrates on Hunterdon, Mercer and Bucks Counties.
Similar to the Callaway and Henderson families, Beth also comes from a real estate family, where she jokingly recalls showing houses since the age of four. With her father a custom home builder and her mother owning a real estate firm for over forty years, her career choice seemed obvious. She has the unique experience that both her mother and sister have served as the Executive Director of the NJ Real Estate Commission. Beth began her real estate career over 30 years ago after returning home from University of North Carolina.
In 2005, after receiving her Broker's license, she expanded her specialties to include commercial investment and property management. For 6 years she managed the real estate portfolio of a former US Senator/Congressman estimated at over 40 million dollars. Beyond managing rental units in three counties and facilitating investment opportunities, she oversaw all construction renovations. This experience has proven to be invaluable when working with clients who are searching for their dream homes. She is able to share thoughts and ideas of the possibilities that will make a house within their budget their ideal home. It also enables her to advise Sellers looking to yield the highest price when preparing their homes for sale.
As a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County, she has firsthand knowledge of the entire area. Beth resides in Delaware Township with her husband Paul. Her community involvement includes the Stockton Fire Company where Paul volunteered as Chief for 26 years. They raised their two sons in Stockton Borough later moving to Delaware Township.
She looks forward to exceeding your expectations.
